At AnnayCare, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders so they reach you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries across India.

🗓️ 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 4–6 business days
• Remote & Rural Areas — 6–8 business days

* Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays.

💸 3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499 — flat shipping fee of ₹49
• Express delivery options may be available at checkout (additional charges apply)

🔍 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner's website. If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact us at Info.annaycare@gmail.com

📦 5. Packaging

We use eco-friendly and secure packaging to ensure your AnnayCare products arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint with every shipment.

⚠️ 6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. AnnayCare is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will try to redeliver. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

🌍 7. International Shipping

Currently, AnnayCare ships within India only. We are working on expanding our delivery to international locations soon. Stay tuned for updates!
